Product Description
The insulation used for this High-Voltage
wire is a chemically cross-linked ethylenepropylene
diene elastomer with a separator
for improved strippability. EPDM is naturally
corona resistant and more heat resistant
than many other rubber compounds and
is able to take the longer bake cycles
frequently needed for the big jobs. EPDM
has superior weather resistance and
low temperature pliability. EPDM is used
in many high voltage applications.
